Accommodation Fee + 5% GST (Early bird discount if booked 21 days or earlier before departure, starting from $849 per person):

Order Modification Rules
- Cancellation/changes made 32 days or more prior to departure will incur a fee of 10% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellation/changes made 15-31 days before departure, or withdrawal during the trip, will result in a refund amount deducted by 60% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellations/changes/withdrawals during the trip made within 14 days (inclusive) prior to departure will be considered an automatic forfeiture of all rights, and no fees paid will be refunded.
- Location changes are subject to availability on the dates requested by the guest, and the company reserves the right to final acceptance of any changes.
- Once a Fairmont Hotel product itinerary is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not accepted.
- The above fees are subject to additional charges resulting from any changes or cancellations, such as credit card processing fees/bank transfer wire fees, and other related expenses incurred. Reducing the number of participants, optional activities, meals, or additional hotel nights will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
